Yes! We provide a 12-month official warranty for all our brand-new and genuine products. If the product experiences any manufacturer defects or non-accidental faults during this period, we offer free repair or replacement. (Note: Return shipping fees are not covered).
Q3: How do I apply for warranty service?
Please contact our customer service team with your order number, product serial number, and a clear description of the problem (photos or short videos are highly preferred). Our team will get back to you within 24 hours to guide you through the warranty process.
Q4: What situations are NOT covered by the warranty?
The warranty is voided if the damage is caused by human error. This includes: physical damage (drops/collisions), water damage, improper installation, unauthorized disassembly, or damage from incorrect voltage.
Q5: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes, you can contact us to modify details before dispatch. Once the package has been handed over to the courier, we cannot change the logistics information.

Water damage causes corrosion quickly. If severe, replacement is best. However, if you are unsure of the condition, you can send it to us for evaluation, and we will let you know if a repair is possible.
